  • Members have no quotas or minimum production commitments to any specific carrier or product supplier.
  • Members have the freedom to place business with any carrier or product provider that they choose.
  • Members have the freedom to choose their preferred commission options.
  • Members retain the full ownership and control of all of their new and existing clients as well as all initial and servicing commissions, which continue to be paid directly to members.
  • Our shareholding is absolutely transparent with only one class of shares, which are 100% owned by members.
